I began my personal training career in 2016 at Sam Houston State University with one goal in mind: to inspire others to discover the same passion I have for movement, health, and athletics. After a few years of working with competitive athletes, I realized my true calling was supporting everyday athletes—people like you. Since then, I’ve worked in both commercial and boutique gyms, including Lifetime, Gold’s Gym, and Orangetheory. What excites me most now is meeting clients where they spend much of their time: the workplace. Corporate wellness provides me with the opportunity to deliver professional, high-quality fitness experiences in a dynamic and engaging environment.

Ashlie Holdorf
FITNESS MANAGER
With over 18 years of experience as a personal trainer and a lifelong passion for athletics, I bring energy, expertise, and purpose to my role as Fitness Manager. My journey started as a young athlete competing in soccer, basketball, dance, and track & field, and eventually led me to earn a degree in Kinesiology from San Diego State University. What drives me most is coaching clients not just through their workouts, but through the why behind each movement. I love helping people master proper form, understand the science of training, and build confidence in their own strength and ability. My mission is to empower others to move with intention, strength, and self-belief. When I’m not training, you’ll find me skydiving or chasing after my two girls at the pool.

Samantha Alarcon
FITNESS MANAGER
I began training professionally in 2019 after a realization that changed everything: we take care of our homes, our cars—even our phones—but we often overlook the one thing we carry with us every day: our bodies. That mindset shift fueled my passion to help others prioritize their health, not just for physical results, but for a stronger mind and a better life. I love guiding clients to move with ease, feel their best, and build confidence that lasts far beyond the gym. When I’m not training, you’ll find me snapping photos of my cats, catching up on reality TV, or spending time with my family.
